The Danielle, completed in August of 2016, has yielded an average monthly energy supply cost of $46 over eight months.  The monthly energy supply costs has been as low as $13.60.

The Danielle features 2,100 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, 5kW Dow POWERHOUSE Solar Shingle System and a Waterfurnace 5 Series Geothermal System.



The Lille


The Lille, completed in April of 2015, has yielded an average monthly energy supply cost of $27 over 20 months.  Their monthly energy supply costs has been in the negative eight times over the past two years.

The Lille features 3,500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three baths, 7kW Dow POWERHOUSE Solar Shingle System and a Waterfurnace 5 Series Geothermal System.

The Chamberlain


The Chamberlain, completed in November of 2015, has yielded an average monthly energy supply cost of $73 over an eight month study.  Their monthly energy supply costs has been as low as $33.48.
