High Performance Homes offers your clients direct access to a full-time sales manager. What this means for your clients is that you no longer have to contact an agent that works for the builder part-time and schedule times to meet around their other appointments. Your client will be our number one focus and priority each and every day.
The Director of Construction Operations of High Performance Homes is onsite most days overseeing every aspect of your client's planning and building stages. This allows us to customize your client's home and be flexible while trying to achieve each want they have in their new home.
Geothermal heating/cooling, solar power technology, SIPs insulation and NauticAir air filtration are included features in all of our homes. No more upgrading and additional charges to have an energy efficient, zero energy, healthy home with advanced air quality. Our interior finishes offer low to no VOCs and natural materials provide a final product that far exceeds anyone's green expectations in their new home with our Garrison Falls Product Line. Our Cumberland Crossing and custom homes can be completely upgraded with all zero energy features.
Must be with client at first visit and cannot register client via website if client has already been to information center.
*Commission is paid at 3% of Base Price of homes, added options (structural, design and/or lot premiums) are not commissioned.
*Realtor/Broker registration is valid for 30 days from this day.
*Commission will be paid after Use and Occupancy permits are received.
